IMO, GOP has some really good prospects out there, several of whom should keep the Bob Beckel's awake at night. If their best shot is HRC, the GOP will have to foul up big time in 08 not to hold the WH

Well if recent experience is an indicator, Republicns have been fouling up big time---for six years.
--nothing good on immigration.
--spending like madmen.
--pork and scandals.
--lost majority in both houses of congress.
--tarnished the value of "Republican" brand.
MRS BILL CLINTON is not their best shot (no 2nd Amendment pun intended).
Al Gore is. And he'll likely show up at the 11th hour, or be persuaded to add "gravitas" to an Obama ticket as an "experienced partner" VP.
Now THAT is the GOP's worst nightmare.
