This might be the issue to push Lieberman from an Independent-Democrat to an Independent-Republican.
And I agree with a previous poster...this is a line in the sand for the RINOs. If you vote with the Dummycrats on this one, you might as well stay there.
It certainly has no hope of getting past the senate. It certainly doesn't help keeping Liebermann from voting with the GOP.
