To: period end of story
That's a good exercise regimen you have. I'm against running, BTW. It's too much wear and tear on the body, at least for me.

I don't like running either. My left ankle is so unstable that I would be in a permanent foot cast if I started running. If I jog, it's 1/2 jog, 1/2 power walk.

I prefer cycling, although it can be dangerous out in traffic; but I've been lucky so far.

I like the idea of cycling but it's too lonely, IMO. I also like to go on hikes. We have a regional park here I really like to use. I meet up with a friend nearly every Thursday morning (When it's not raining) and we go on a hike for about an hour or so before I go to work.

I like the idea of cycling but it's too lonely, IMO.

I cycle 1-2 times per week when the weather is good, just to get away from people for a while!!!!!!
