I blame the parents as much as the doctors.

IMO, parents are more interested in working, making money, yakking on their phones, buying cars, clothes, jewelry, boats, toys, etc. they'd rather do that than sit down with their kids and teach them the proper way to act, there's even dvd players in vehicles now so that parents don't have to speak to their kids in the car............

I agree with you PEOS.

I worked for the school district in SF, and, many Afr. Am boys were totally off the wall. They were extremely aggressive, hitting other children, couldn't keep still, public schools are really bad, and those kids are most likely in jail now, Ritalin or no ritalin.
