Interesting read indeed. Bookmarked.

I hope we end up getting the whole truth about today's incident.

It was kind of funny when I saw her interviewed on some show. She was totally not Chloe, she never did that angry Chloe look at all....seemed very odd. I like her as an actress, but her character is whacked!

Pardon me for being stupid or naive, or whatever, but what would one carry in their rectum with wires protruding? I mean, other than a bomb (and that seems like a pretty uncomfortable place to carry one).

They later found what is being described as a "metal object" in the man's rectum.

Ok... just... yuck....

In prisons (I have no first hand experience) small metal containers are used to carry drugs, money, and other contraband. I can only imagine what else people carry.....

from your link:

Ethel McGuire, assistant special agent in charge of the Los Angeles FBI office, said this afternoon that al-Maliki had "a magnet, wires and I don't know what the other item was. It's being evaluated as we speak." After al-Maliki was searched, the Los Angeles Police Department bomb squad was called to the airport to examine the suspicious item.

Good point.

From my link:

"He said the reason security officials were so cautious was that al-Maliki was "so bizarre in his behavior."

"Testing?"

I don't know RR, but let's look at this article snippet from a link posted on this thread.

OPINION-SPECULATION: Testing or maybe someone else had some more parts somewhere on him/her or maybe there is more to this story that hasn't been examined yet.

This is a big wonderful world we live in, and there are all kinds of people living in it with us. Some are quite odd.

I guess I was thinking what sort of legitimate reason (like some sort of medical device)?
I'm sure people poke all sorts of odd things up there, but it seems to me that none of them are a good idea....
