6'0" 225, here. I love Pepper Sauce, I put it on almost everything. Among my favorites: Dave's Famous (Very Hot), Tabasco (Mildly Hot), El Yucateco (Very Hot), Cholula (Mildly Hot). I also love Chili Peppers straight out of the jar as well as Jalapenos. I'm not getting any skinnier, though. I think if I cut back on the Beer and Dr. Pepper, I might.

May I recommend something I ran across a month ago. Delallo's Peppers and Garlic in Olive oil. 3 things that are good for ya and about a medium in heat. Mix it in, stir fry, eat out of the jar with a spoon. Low sodium.

Don't forget Sambal Oelek & Castilllo Red & Green Habanero sauce. UMMMM!!! I can feel my lips swelling up just thinking about it.
There's a red hot sauce in our part of the country called "Cajun Chef". It beats Tabasco hands down.
