Someone should buy those kids something decent to wear. Unfortunately I am as stubborn as their mom, and would pray that the Lord would provide the answer...
It looks to me as if they're dressed up for Halloween.
re: what the children are wearing.....they are all holding bags of candy, and the little boy is clearly dressed as a Jedi Master (complete with light saber), so I would assume it is a picture of the family at a Halloween party.
