The woman does have a right to choose.
And we all know what choice men have: Have the child and be forced to pay for it even if you didn't want it. Or wait for your child to be killed and know there is not a damn thing you can do about it without breaking the law.
Some choice....
And the fetus has no ability to choose, thus the woman dooms this helpless being to death without a jury...
The woman does have a right to choose.

And frankly, I am tired of seeing this philosophical issue, which it is, being headlined as the leading matter facing America and its government. This election had better turn toward the big problems and issues facing America...internal and external. America has enemies, internal and external. Taxation, spending, soverignty, borders, illegal immigration, our legal system, protecting our beloved Constitution from socialist attack, national security, the military strength, our economy, the war on terror, our disasterous government education system....all need heavy attention and debate.
Let the candidates, and the media, step up and address the managerial issues facing this country.
"The woman does have a right to choose"
It was Lincoln, I believe, that said: "You never have the right to do what is wrong".
Rudy realizes that, in the 21st century, laws do not stop abortion, persuasion is the only way.
To "choose" exactly WHAT? And where did she get that "right"?
Then just let a woman CHOOSE to have her right arm removed.
It's her BODY; she has the 'right to choose' and it's just a piece of flesh.
Anyone doubt she'd be tossed in a loony bin for 'evaluation'???
and laws or not...it will always be that way. Good or bad.....it will always be a choice. Even if Roe Wade is overturned....what are they going to do about that Morning after pill? Unfortunatly, this abortion topic is moot.
"The woman does have a right to choose."
She does - please show me where in the Constitution where that right was afforded?
Yep, and men have the right to choose as well. A man can choose to kick a woman in the stomach until she miscarries.
But having the ability to choose to do something doesn't mean it should be legal to do it.
Yep. She has the right to keep her legs together, or adopt the kid out. What she doesn't have is the right to make a small child suffer dismemberment because she didn't take the pill or because the pill didn't work, condom broke, etc.
The fetus is a human life. Acting as if it isn't is like forcing teachers to tell students that thunder is the sound of God bowling.
chose what? the death of her child! it is difficult for me to accept that one human, can be judge, executer, and funeral director...all this dialog presumes, that the person is next to a God, given God like ability, to destroy human life.....that females are Superior to other humans, in their judgments...
