How about the president who signs it into law?
....or the Congress that passed it in the first place, or the Supreme Court that affirmed it?
The United States was an terrific experiment, good while it lasted.
That makes me glad he can't run for a third term. Between CFR and his stance on immigration and his drug entitlement program, he has damaged this party almost beyond repair. I support him in the WOT, but disagree with almost everything else domestically. BTW, I did hold my nose and vote him for him in 2004.
