I've caught Obama fever! Obamamania, Obamarama, Obama, Obama, Obama. (I just pray to God this is clean, renewable electricity I'm feeling.)

Only white guilt could explain the insanely hyperbolic descriptions of Obama's "eloquence." His speeches are a run-on string of embarrassing, sophomoric Hallmark bromides.

In announcing his candidacy last week, Obama confirmed that he believes in "the basic decency of the American people." And let the chips fall where they may!

Obama forthrightly decried "a smallness of our politics" — deftly slipping a sword into the sides of the smallness-in-politics advocates. (To his credit, he somehow avoided saying, "My fellow Americans, size does matter.")

He took a strong stand against the anti-hope crowd, saying: "There are those who don't believe in talking about hope." Take that, Hillary!

Most weirdly, he said: "I recognize there is a certain presumptuousness in this — a certain audacity — to this announcement."

What is so audacious about announcing that you're running for president? Any idiot can run for president. Dennis Kucinich is running for president. Until he was imprisoned, Lyndon LaRouche used to run for president constantly. John Kerry ran for president. Today, all you have to do is suggest a date by which U.S. forces in Iraq should surrender, and you're officially a Democratic candidate for president.

Could you imagine, in World War II, a candidate named Adolf Heiz running for President, who, as a youth, had been a Nazi youth but then moved back to the US. Or a Japanese American who had studied with the Summari named Mutsi Tojo? Never, ever would have happened and someone trying to would have been liucky to simply lose without any votes.

Call it too too judgemental, call it intolerant, call it what you will, but if we elect a guy named Obama Hussein Barak, who studied at a Islamic school as a child, we will be deserving of everything we get. In a time of war with cut throats every bit as committed to killing us and our loved ones and destroying our liberties as the Nazis and Imperial Japanese were, we cannot afford the risk.

I must not have any of that guilt then because I do not see what the big deal is about. The guy just got elected senator. He has no experience to talk about and he sounds like just another liberal.

Yes, I would vote for a black man/woman for president but I would like them to bring some thing to the office besides being black and in shape physically, other wise it is just another popularity contest.

Maybe once black Americans that are actually decendants of African slaves figure out that it was the Arabs along with African moslems that were the slavers they might think twice about this guy. Why? It was people like Obama's moslem father from Kenya that along with the Arabs made a market for African slaves bought to America.

Would there have been a demand for slaves in America is there was no supply? Considering that islam was the reason for that supply some people better wake up and smell the coffee. This Obama guy is the son of an African moslem.

Isn't it queer and odd that this Obama guy, this fake with no ties to the decendants of slaves in America, is treated as if he is the decendant of slaves?

The Democrats and the media have evelated this Obama fellow because of his color. That's their choice but it's a color he isn't. While I don't care what color he is, he's too damn close to the islamonazis to be elected to anything as far as I'm concerned.
