Haley promised his wife and the state of Mississippi that he would NOT enter this presidential primary race. Barbour would be my FIRST choice, for the next president, but it's NOT going to happen; sadly.

I wouldn't rule Barbour out yet. I thought I read somewhere that influential people are still talking to him about a run.
