I posted earlier, but will repost.. tonight on our Phoenix news they reported the US Attorney's office is no longer arresting and trying illegals caught running less than 500 pounds of drugs into the country. The Phoenix prosecutor is picking up the slack. Our congressmen were not aware of this until the Phoenix DA sent a delgation to DC to discuss this with them.... big question????? Why.... all of a sudden is it okay for a non-citizen to import 499 pounds of drugs into Arizona?
