The Rudy apologists will make excuses for this gun hater!I think that their stock reply is "But he'll appoint judges who are strict constructionists; like Scalia." But this begs the question: Shouldn't Rudy be a strict constructionist himself?!
What part of "shall not be infringed" escapes Rudy the strict constructionist?
