the ideal VP - would be Jeb Bush.

I can understand the concerns of alot of freepers (just to be the devil's advocate for a moment). they fear that if the party nominates a person from the northeast, that the party will de-facto EXCLUDE conservative candidates in the future. that's why you see so many of them posting "better to lose in 2008 and still have the party intact to nominate a future conservative, then to go with a (so-called) RINO". If you could get Jeb as VP, alot of people would see that being a "setup" for him to be President someday. Jeb will be 63 in 2016.
