Europe, presently, is running on fumes in most areas, spare soccer performance.
Europe, whatever it is, indeed is very volatile. Like most "fumes".
Next time Europe seriously engages itself in the Mid East, we just might come off a little bit more "in fume".
We'll see who rescues who.
