Do you know how to tell a letter bomb from a letter?

Letter bombs, I understand, are not made of paper. That's your first clue.

I've had to learn this because letter bombs are a real problem here in Wisconsin. And it's only reasonable to expect that everything you get in the mail could blow up and kill you.

Call me paranoid, but hey, better safe than sorry.
