I was an army escort in '68. Had to almost slink on the plane with my arm band on. Thank God this time around a little respect is being shown. Screw the Media and LBJ. Enough said. I volunteered for the job and was proud of what I was doing for my fellow draftees. I have a lot of sad memories of that time.

My son currently serves on a post and area honor guard for the US Army. I will have an update on that duty, probably in April.
