Hillary will be in court this year in Los Angeles, either as a defendant or a witness. Her husband is a defendant. Paul v Clinton is an historic lawsuit. Although the mainstream media will have to be dragged kicking and screaming, they are going to have to cover the trial. Four false FEC reports and Hillary's lying declaration will finally be known to the voters.

Peter gave over $1.6 million in-kind to Hillary's 2000 campaign because of Bill's promise to come to work for Stan Lee Media for one year. Instead, Bill's business advisor, slimy Jim Levin (a strip club owner and on the Clinton Lie-brary board) used proprietary info to steal SLM's Japanese business partner. They recorded the agreement with Levin and Tendo Oto (with Bill as silent partner) in Illinois just six days after her Nov. 2000 election. SLM had a serious cash crunch in Nov. 2000. When Oto's 5-7 mil did not come into the American company as promised, SLM company collapsed. Investors lost 100 mil in the public company thanks to the interference of the Clintons. This witch is going down.

Be careful what you ask for: the Reps can beat Clinton in '08. The "others"....? Not so sure. Do you really want Obama to run as their candidate? And if the Reps lost, who would you rather have as pres, Clinton, Edwards or Obama? Frankly, I'd take Clinton.

The witness list includes Chelsea, McAuliffe, Rendell, Gray Davis, Streisand, Travolta, Pitt, Cher, etc. It will be an amazing business fraud trial.
In her declaration, Hillary denied knowing anything about Bill's plan to come to work for SLM. Chelsea knew all about and was really excited about daddy going to work for the creator of Spider Man. After the gala concert on Aug. 12, they stayed up late talking about it while playing Scrabble. The witch has set up her own daughter for perjury.

No, a court date was set for the end of February. That has been temporarily delayed by Peter's appeal to bring Hillary back in as a defendant. That will be decided soon. This case will be heard this year in L.A. Superior. Their delays are over.
Judge Aurelio Munoz. I've been there several times but can't remember the department. It is probably easy to find on the county site.

I watched the judge make it very clear to David Kendall that he will entertain no motion that removes Hillary from testifying. He then looked at Kendall and said --- "Did you hear that, Mr. Kendall?"

A close personal friend of Bill Clinton is expected to plead guilty to charges that he defrauded the Chicago public school system, according to Crain's Chicago Business, which reported the development on its Web site Friday.
Jim Levin, who once owned the Chicago strip club Thee Dollhouse, acknowledged Thursday during testimony delivered at the trial of Hillary Clinton's finance director David Rosen that he had struck a deal with prosecutors within the last two weeks.
Levin, however, did not offer details. But according to Crain's, Chicago school officials have alleged that companies controlled by Levin over-billed schools for snow plowing services.
The allegations include charges that the Clinton friend, along with four minority subcontractors, accepted money for work they did not perform.
In 2000, then-President Clinton identified Mr. Levin as his personal friend, explaining at a New Jersey fund-raiser: "He wasn't particularly political before I became president [but] we got to be very close."
After running a Chicago strip club in the 1990s, Levin became an executive for Tru-Link Fence Company. Like Rosen, he helped raise funds for Mrs. Clinton's 2000 Senate campaign.
U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald declined to confirm the Clinton crony's plea, with a spokesman saying only, "There’s nothing that’s a matter of public record.”

Hillary began her April 7 declaration with a lie that she met Peter in early 2000. Peter has home video of them laughing at a 2000 event in which she recalled how he had his client, Fabio, chase her around the room and pick her up in a romance pose in 1994. Peter has extensive home video and extensive evidence. We have Stan Lee on tape testifying that he gave no money to the campaign. Even after her treasurer admitted in Dec. 2005 that they deliberately underreported by $721K and agreed to file a fourth amended return ------ they lied in the fourth return by claiming Stan Lee gave $225K.
We are also going to show perjury by Levin and Rosen from Rosen's criminal trial. And this time, Peter and Aaron Tonken will testify. They didn't in the Rosen trial. And the prosecutor didn't use the wire from Ray Reggie in which Rosen made damaging admissions. Tonken will testify that he sat in the back of a van and told Hillary all about the money being spent on her campaign. This really is going to be fun.
