President Reagan and the Annual March for Life

President Reagan thought that the survival of America as a free nation was contingent upon stopping abortion. Freedom could not exist when “some decide that others are not fit to live and should be abandoned to abortion or infanticide.”

Sen. Sam Brownback is of the same belief! He came to SD last election cycle and stood up for the Pro-Life issue here when our own Governor and US Senators seemed silent! He is announcing today from Topeka, Kansas that he will run for President!! Check C-SPAN at 12:00 CST, or 1:00 EST!

This is a man who dares to take a stand on the issue when others would rather be silent for fear of losing votes from the liberal end of the party! His years in DC have not jaded his spiritual walk, or taken away his ability to stand firm. If we, as a country, are going to get back to where we need to be, this is the man who can do it!!

He will also be at the March on Monday and has invited his supporters to join all there and be a part of it. (I only wish I could be there. Financially it isn't possible, unfortunately.) :;stepping off my soapbox::
