Amen. This reminds me of Senator DeConcini. He did this same thing when he bought thousands of acres of Arizona land and then got Congress to approve running the Central Arizona Project through his land. We paid that dirtbag millions of dollars for otherwise worthless land just so Southern Arizona could ruin it's underground water supply with the hundreds of miles of polluted water.
