There is no provision in Florida probate law for a jury to determine what before Judge Greer; that decision is strictly a judge issue.

No judge in American jurisprudence CAN DETERMINE THE MANNER OF ANYONE'S DEATH, not even someone on death row. Greer VIOLATED THE LAW by determining the manner of Terri's death by starvation and dehydration.

Against the law.
