From news reports, those were the guards that are pro-Muqtada al-Sadr, and they were chanting something about that Shiite cleric.
To which Saddam apparently muttered sarcastically, "Muqtada." His last word????
Great, that just looks like followers of the Shiite fascist taking revenge on the Sunni fascist. Sadr in power would kill as many as Saddam, maybe more (if possible). Whaddya gonna do with people like this?
