This is what I am understanding as well. It makes perfect sense.
In my earlier post, I gave some information based on opinions from my family in Spain. But, since then I have learned from a response that the polls show quite a bit of favortism for Zapatero. I didn't realizes that.
Don't know enough about Spain - my apologies. I do know certain elements have issues with the Spanish government. I take issue with the Spanish government, because they whimped out in Iraq.
I hope who ever is in charge steps on something mushy and stinky when they walk in the park.
