"Tough on Crime" is often a codeword for "gun-grabber".
not for judges. the 2nd amendment really hasn't been a SC issue. look at the SC justices that have upheld the death penalty, voted for le, voted for the govt in the terror cases, they're Thomas, Scalia, Rehnquist, Alito, etc...
Look at the ones that haven't-Souter, Ginsburg, Stevens, Kennedy, Breyer
If a judge votes against terrorists, upholds the death penalty, doesn't let criminals off on procedural technicalities, etc... there's a very good chance he'd reverse Roe and be with the conservatives on other issues as well. very good.
