Good trend if this continues. Lay off judges. Use the money to buy more bullets.

Good! No money wasted on a trial and prison time for another one of Mexico's citizens.

Gallegos, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, was deported at least three times, the last one occurring in 1996, according to immigration officials. Should cremate the remains and flush them down the expressway back to Mexico.

He was slain. They were going to smite him, but somehow slain won out.
But it wont always be that way. Someday, smite, hip and thigh, WILL make a comeback to take it's rightful place with the other prize cliches.

Street justice is sweet. They had already deported this POS three times. We can thank our idiot politicians for the increase in crime by these illiterate 3rd world criminals. So what's their answer to this problem? Just make 'em all citizens. That's the ticket!!! < / sarcasm >

Gallegos was officially identified by the coroner.
Per Eric Leonard, KFI News, an off-duty cop had seen him buying a holster at a gun shop and a house was put under surveillance. Cops followed him from that house to the taco stand where the fatal gun battle ensued.
Also from KFI News, Gallegos was DEPORTED 3 times before, the last time in 1996. However he was arrested after that on weapons charges, battery and other crimes. He also filed a $5 million lawsuit for an arrest on a Texas warrant but that wasn't for him. The suit was dismissed as meritless.
Remember to thank President George W Bush for enforcing our borders. (/sarcasm)

Police officials say they believe the man is Oscar Gabriel Gallegos, 33,
but his identity cannot be officially confirmed until after a
coroner's inspection this morning.
You can almost hear the reporter saying "PLEASE DEAR JESUS...
let this poor, lovely man be a US Citizen or a legal resident!!!
I can't report that there are some illegals that actually are
dangerous criminals that shouldn't even be in the country".
OK, in fairness, he might be.
But how does a coroner determine if person is a citizen of a certain
country?
About the only way I can think of is if he was already incarcerated
and/or worked a job that required fingerprinting and/or a DNA sample.
