I had hoped he was finished in 2004. Obviously, not quite.

I think his campaign will be extremely short-lived. He inherited J F'n Kerry's "gravitas".

LOL, could you imagine an Edwards/Obama ticket? The two oiliest, empty-suit scumbags on the political scene today on one ticket! Man, that would surely test the stupidometer, even for Democrats.

I still have the tape of Dick Cheney giving pony boy a spanking in the debate. It's awesome to watch.

This bloke worries me more than anyone else. There's something decidedly "Bubba-ish" about him.
Edwards could take all before him...

I suspect that this is really nothing more than a propaganda puff piece written by a Edwards supporter who doesn't want to admit that Edwards's chances for the Oval Office are deader than Uday and Qusay.

He has no Southern charm. I have heard ALL HIS VERSIONS of speaking "Southern," one phonier than the other. He isn't "folksy," either.
And why is this such a virtue now? The dims couldn't trip over themselves fast enough to point out that W was too Texan, therefore a rube.

I can think of many adjectives to describe Mr. Edwards, but "heavyweight" ain't even in the top-ten. About three days of his trite Two Americas rhetoric, and I'll puke. John needs to buy a clue, and disappear.

I tell ya it's the 16-year curse! Youthful, apparently healthy fellow renowned for his great hair, with a young daughter for photo ops advantage---comes along after 8 or more years of Republican presidents and fools people that he's a breath of fresh air. It happened in 1960, 1976, 1992, and it'll happen again in 2008.
His running mate will either be Hillary (chosen out of intimidation) or Kerry (highest bidder).
