Just the opposite is true, imo. Strip search them right out on the tarmac. For all the world to see. Make 'em bend over and grab their ankles.
That, in turn, would make them want to rejoin the human race, and perhaps give up on their backward religion. Or it'd make them stop visiting the US and the UK altogether, which would be every bit as desirable.

This is entirely irrelevant. Immigration officials always had this power. The problem in the recent case (if the theory on how he left the country is in fact true) wasn't that the guy thwarted ID checks by wearing a veil, it's that there
were no ID checks.
Personally I have never been through an immigration check when departing a UK airport.
