Maybe the Democrats could admit that many of their members feel exactly the same way as Carter.

In an advertisement published in the country’s leading newspapers, the Anti-Defamation League printed statements from incoming House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers, Speaker of the House-elect Nancy Pelosi, and Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean... Dean said that "on this issue President Carter speaks for himself, the opinions in his book are his own, they are not the views or position of the Democratic Party." Yet Dean also couched his criticism by making it clear that "I have tremendous respect for former President Carter." This equivocation... for a former president who has used his position, repeatedly, to smear the Jewish state — is what will prove troublesome for Democrats in the months and years to come... He may be 82 years old, but Carter is not the sort of man who will go away quietly.
Oh sure he will. He'll go away very quietly, other than the ventilator noise and some machines that go beep.

I just hope he's around for the 2008 convention and election campaign. In fact, let's not forget that he's still a term short, and could be their nominee! Yeah! The push is on! Rally 'round him now! And Dean for his running mate!

Since the end of his ignominious presidency, Carter has made a career of coddling the world’s despots, from Robert Mugabe to the dreadful North Korean father and son to Fidel Castro and Yassir Arafat.

Don't forget about his love for Hugo Chavez.

In fact, any anti-American socialist-communist leader in the world knows Carter is all to willing to lend his support to "the revolution."

Unbelievable.

An Open Letter to ex President Jimmy Carter - (I always knew if I saved this rant, one day I would find a use for it.)

You swine. You vulgar little maggot. You worthless bag of filth. As we say in Texas, I'll bet you couldn't pour p!ss out of a boot with instructions on the heel. You are a canker. A sore that won't go away. I would rather kiss a lawyer than be seen with you. You're a putrescent mass, a walking vomit. You are a spineless little worm deserving nothing but the profoundest contempt. You are a jerk, a cad, a weasel. Your life is a monument to stupidity. You are a stench, a revulsion, a big suck on a sour lemon. You are a bleating foal, a curdled staggering mutant dwarf smeared richly with the effluvia and offal accompanying your alleged birth into this world. An insensate, blinking calf, meaningful to nobody, abandoned by the puke-drooling, giggling beasts who sired you and then killed themselves in recognition of what they had done. I will never get over the embarrassment of belonging to the same species as you. You are a monster, an ogre, a malformity. I barf at the very thought of you. You have all the appeal of a paper cut. Lepers avoid you. You are vile, worthless, less than nothing. You are a weed, a fungus, the dregs of this earth. And did I mention you smell? ...

there's more:

I realize that. And I realize its over-the-top aspect. But I'm trying to make a point that might shake a few people up. I know that the kind of rhetoric I just employed will not change anyone's mind, that it will only make them angry at me and might even harden their resolve to keep voting demonrat, just to spite me. But hopefully the thought will be there, in the back of their minds, and they'll forget about me and one day when they're reading some news item and it occurs to them that the demonrat they're reading about doesn't sound very honest on the subject of Israel and they won't remember what I said but they might feel a bit uncomfortable and the next time they're in the privacy of their own voting booth they might just think, hey, why should I give an Islamofascist-loving demonrat MY vote?

I'll go out on a limb here and suggest that 99.9% of Americans are blissfully unaware of Jimmy Carter's book and any controversy attached to it. Sometimes I think that it is we, the blogophiles, that seem to be living in a bubble...a very complex bubble, but a bubble nonetheless.
To some extent you're right, especially on the surface and in the moment.

But Ayn Rand said "ideas matter".

I believe that. They have an effect. The battleground of ideas is important, even if it seems like its sometimes fought by a small minority.

Actually, I think a lot more people are involved in the battle than you think.

Jews don't deny the Holocaust and have always voted Democrat. They'll rationalize Carter away.
I'm not accusing any Jew anywhere of denying the existence of the last Holocaust. I'm accusing them of denying the likelihood of the next. And the steps that are leading to it. And the role played by the demonrats.

Acknowledging the existence of a Holocaust that began 65-70 years ago is great. And nowadays we sadly have to give credit to people for that act.

But ignoring the Coming Holocaust --- brought on by PC Euros and PC Demonrats --- is stupid.

It's hard to blame the Jews in the 1930s for not seeing what was coming.

It's hard NOT to blame the Jews of 2006 for not seeing what is coming, and continuing to vote for the people who will help bring it about.

That's why I said what I said:

Any Jew who votes for a Democrat is, in effect, a Holocaust Denier. They are denying the Next Holocaust, and the role that the Democratic Party of the United States will play in it. Is playing in it.

"pathetic little puke even before he failed as President.

You are 100% CORRECT.
I was living in Atlanta when JIMMAH was Gov.
He was a JOKE.
For you young people that don't remember, the only way this bafoon became President is Richard Nixon. Our country was so hungry for a change we elected a peanut farmer president. No, I didn't vote for JIMMAH as Gov or president. Who remembers who JIMMAH beat? Hint, He is on his death bed.

Unfortunately, in today's media driven world, the public at large (including many Republicans) only perceive a 'problem' if the leftist media SAYS there is a problem.

It's sort of like... if a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it, did it really occur?

The Democrap party is loaded with problems:

Such as:

The Muslim hate-America wing.

The race-baiting wing.

The 'lets teach our children how to be homo wing'.

The all-abortion all the time wing.

The 'lets give terrorists Miranda rights wing.

The 'lets make it illegal to spy on alQaeda wing.

The 'higher taxes' wing.

The 'tree-hug 'no searching for oil even though I have ten houses and 12 cars' wing.

The 'shrill as hell Hillary the dyke' wing.

The 'illegal immigration from the third world is great' wing.

The 'lets extort businesses' wing.

The 'New Jersey is so Democratically corrupt that it might as well join the mafia wing.'

And I'm sure there are a dozen or so OTHER wings I cant think of.

AND THE MEDIA WONT FOLLOW UP ON these Democrap wings, like they did with Foley, or Trent Lott, or Cunningham, or

"Rightly afraid that they will lose Jewish voters —"

-- --

It's sad to say, but I have never met a Jew who wasn't a rabid pro-abortionist, and voted on that issue alone. I even met a female rabbi who was stauch pro-abortionist. It's truly amazing that they don't see another Holocaust in their beliefs about abortion.

I guess you just stereotyped me as a Holocaust denier.

Puhleeze.

YOU get his point, as do I.

Large segments of the Democratic party have morphed into an anti-Israel cabal.

And the ones who still DO support Israel and the Jews do so with the caveat that they require the Jews to survive in this world by caving in to butcher murdering thugs.

One local county row officer who HAPPENS to be a Democrap makes no difference to that stark reality.
