I don't agree at all about the Senate. He is still a VERY popular figure in Florida. He would not choose to run against Mel in 2010, but Nelson is toast in 2012 if Jeb should decide to run against him. I have a feeling that, after what his father and brother have gone through as POTUS, Jeb has no desire to follow in their footsteps.
