Where did you get this idea? Let's step away from the
deviant and predatory Muslim context for a moment and
put this into a western value set. Rape can be provoked
for many reasons and is never excuseable, but how fair is
it to a man when a woman dresses like "bait"? In western
culture the onus of self control is ALWAYS on the man,
while women covort with impunity in all manner of undress.

I taught my daughter that modesty is not only virtuous,
but it can keep her from harm.

I know this may bother some people, but in my opinion,
in order to be above reproach, western women need
to clean up their act.

You are right. In this case it is a terror tactic, practiced to coerce dhimmitude.

The idea that rape is not about sex, but about power or anger is a myth, sort of like saying that robbing a convenience store isn't about stealing money. Rape is only about one thing: A man full of natural sexual lust decides that he doesn't want to be constrained by the laws of civilized society or even by common decency and would prefer to live like an animal commits a rape. It has nothing to do with the woman, he's just selfishly satisfying his sexual desires without regard to whom he hurts in the process.

It's a mistake to let the modern feminist movement attempt to needlessly complicate the simple (and correct) explanation for the existence of rape with a whole lot of bunk psychobabble.
