Former President Carter says he won't visit Brandeis
Boston Globe ^ | December 15, 2006 | AP

BOSTON --Former President Carter has decided not to visit Brandeis University to talk about his new book "Palestine: Peace not Apartheid" because he does not want to debate Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz as the university had requested.

"I don't want to have a conversation even indirectly with Dershowitz," Carter told The Boston Globe. "There is no need ... for me to debate somebody who, in my opinion, knows nothing about the situation in Palestine."

...

"There is no debate in America about anything that would be critical of Israel," [Carter] said.

But it's Carter who is unwilling to debate his own best-selling book, controversial because the title's inclusion of the word "apartheid" appears to equate the treatment of Palestinians with the state-sanctioned racial segregation that once divided South Africa.

"President Carter said he wrote the book because he wanted to encourage more debate; then why won't he debate?" Dershowitz said.

The coward!

I disagree with him on a number of things, but at least The Dersh is a solid supporter of Israel.

Translation: Dhimmi Carter knows full well he'd be taken to the cleaners in a big way.

""There is no debate in America about anything that would be critical of Israel," [Carter] said."

So you are admitting you are Anti-Semite and whatever you say or do, in regards to Israel, is a crock!

Got it.

Jimmy Carter is a coward, in addition to be a liar.

Strange.

I did a search for both Carter and Brandeis (separately) before I posted. Neither showed this article. Now I repeat the search(es) and both posts show up.

Jimmy Carter. PTTTUUUIII!

The name itself is a contaminant.

I don't do bad words, but Jimmy Carter seems to start them swimming near the surface of my speech center.

He alone is responisible for most of the mess we see today. He is a self-righteous moron who wouldn't know what he was looking at in a good mirror.

Carter doesn't even bother to hide his Jew hatred anymore.

But he's "the conscience of the Democratic Party." The guilty conscience.
