I was just asking myself that question last night while watching O'Reilly. He had an Iranian woman on there who flat out said the Mullahs would go nuclear on us and Israel.So what are we doing to arm the dissidents?

Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) authored H.R.282, which "Authorizes the President to provide financial and political assistance to eligible foreign and domestic individuals and groups that support democracy in Iran and that are opposed to the Government of Iran."
Last I checked, it was stuck in the Senate's Committee on Foreign Relations. Worthless Senate. :(
