After wrapping up the NATO summit in Riga, Latvia, President Bush traveled to Amman, Jordan for a two day conference to discuss the sectarian violence in Iraq.

A scheduled meeting there with Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki was postponed until tomorrow after yet another internal White House memo was leaked to (and published by) the New York Times. The memo reportedly questions al-Maliki’s ability to control the violence in his country.

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice traveled from the NATO summit to the West Bank city of Ramallah for talks to help preserve the cease fire between Israelis and Palestinians.

God bless your young men. I pray daily for then and their Commander-In-Chief. I am so glad President Bush is back at the White House.

I think your story is shared by others.
Hurricane Katrina was the beginning of the end for me at Fox. It was hideous. Even John Gibson was blaming President Bush.....a direct lie.......and I've never felt the same way about him since.

The election coverage topped it off. I don't even watch Special Report any more.

What it boils down to is that I don't care what people who just talk for a living have to say. I care what people who have responsibility to DO something have to say.

I am just reading this thread a day late, but must add that you have written my exact reactions to Fox news. It started with Katrina, and now even Special Report is not worth the time.
