Any war we get into and don't win is a failure. So what's wrong with that statement? We will not win this war unless the PC is removed and we just go in there and kick ass. If Reagan was still president this thing would be over a long time ago and Saddam would be already dead. Newt is just stating the truth.

Newt is just stating the truth.Well yes, Reagan did cut and run from Beirut, but that was the biggest mistake of his presidency, which laid the groundwork for the terror-tactic wars we now face.
But of course the easy soundbite whenever anything goes wrong is to just claim that Reagan would have done it different.

Exactly, that is phase three.
For any of you dunder heads that cannot figure out that this PC crap is a quick path to defeat, someone like Newt is here to tell you.
So you whine and complain that he told you and the World that the current course is a failure.
Would you prefer to just let things go on, convincing yourself that it is a raging success?
