***Irrelevant even if true (kindly provide the factual basis for your assertion). They trespassed. ***

If we closed up Every inch of GOVERNMENT land that someone has a lease on there would be NO room to to do anything off the pavement.

Think on it.
In the East and South there are timber leases.
In the west, Timber, mining, grazing leases.
Close it all because someone has a lease on it and there is NOTHING left.
Besides, the GOVERNMENT sets the rules, not the leasee, and in this case the Goverenment has said...thou shalt not keep American Citizens off of Government land!

In the East and South there are illegal aliens. In the West, illegal aliens. Try to solve the problem because the United States has the sovereign right and duty to prevent invasions of all kinds in violation of its laws, and Mexicans scream that their rights are being violated. This, despite the fact that the Mexican government wouldn't tolerate a similar invasion across ITS borders for a second.

OOOOOHHHHHH!!! Hyperbole based on no facts whatsoever.

There is no excuse for illegals. Period. Unless you are not an American who believes in the sovereignty of his country.

Not true! You go to the farmer/rancher and ask permission or for a sum of money you lease his property/holding for hunting.

"In the East and South there are timber leases."

Wrongo, bwana: timberlands in the South and the East are almost exclusively owned by the big paper and timer products companies.

Here in Texas, only a miniscule amount of land is government-owned; it is almost ALL privately-owned: timber, grazing, oilfields - you name it
