More lies from the Washinton Times and Jerry Seper.

The plantiffs are native born citizens.

Of course, for a lot of people, Mexicans are sub-human and not worthy of citizenship.

Of course, for a lot of people, Mexicans are sub-human . . .

I have never seen any FReeper make that claim.

Of course Mexicans are human. But between 12-20 million of them are not worthy of citizenship because they have made a mockery of our immigration laws. Do you disagree?

Irrelevant even if true (kindly provide the factual basis for your assertion). They trespassed.

Of course, for a lot of people, Mexicans are sub-human and not worthy of citizenship.

Perhaps to some...but you're painting with a broad brush here. Most FReepers are concerned with illegal aliens. By virtue of breaking the law to come here, they shouldn't be rewarded with citizenship when there are far more qualified people waiting around the world for citizenship.

Yep. Native born and served 6 years in the US Navy. Went hunting on unposted land and there he was detained. The land did not belong to the detainer it belongs to the state of Arizona. Detainer merely leases the land for grazing his cattle. Detainer has the right to ask trespassers to leave but has no authority to detain. Calling the police is his legal remedy to deal with threatening trespassers.

The jury heard it all and found for the legal US Navy veteran who was hunting on unposted land owned by the State of Arizona.

If they were American citizens, then this was an entrapment set up by MECHA or La Raza or some other anti-American organization.

Get a group of hispanics to go wander around someone's land, wait to be challenged as illegal aliens by whitey, and then sue, sue, sue. The free PR and addition to the national white guilt quotient is just a bonus.

The word "liar" rolls off the tongue so easily for you leftists. It's a neat way of inoculating yourself against the same charge, when it is you who constantly, loudly, and viciously lie about everything in sight.

Are you including among "a lot of people" the 47% of Latino voters who voted in favor of Arizona's anti-illegal immigration measure Proposition 200 in 2004?
