Awesome. Thanks so much for the info and the link! Can you tell me more about Lulu Press, either here or via FReepmail? Is it your printing press?! This is the first I've heard of it, and I'm naturally curious!

Thank you for all your encouragements, .30Carbine! Lulu.com is a "digital publisher" - a print-on-demand (printing as little as one copy at a time) company which also provides distribution services to get a book listed on Amazon et al.

Lulu is particularly helpful in getting a quick turnaround which was important because Christmas is just around the corner. Most other print on demand publishers take weeks to get a book ready and they charge a ton of dough for services in package deals - services we didn't need. Timothy was virtually ready-to-print.

Also there is no problem with the copyrights or contracts on Lulu. Should we line up a publisher down-the-road, or wish to self-publish (bulk print) - we can cancel the Lulu contract immediately.
