For the last few years when when greeted with a generic "Happy Holidays" On occasion I reply, "Which one? Eid? Winter Soltise, Hannanuk, or Chinese New Year?"

Or I give a little laugh and say, "Thanks for the greeting, but I don't celebrate Happy Holidays, I celebrate Christmas instead.

Why not just take the greeting in the spirit in which it was offered?
