Maybe to announce that he intended to fire Rumsfield six months ago, but forgot about it. And that his first priority for legislation with the new Congress will be to immediately pass the Senate immigration bill without changes.
Along those lines, let me offer my advice to the 110th Congress:
Sit there with your hands folded. Let the Dems flush the whole thing down the toilet.
The Senate should fillibuster any and everything, including which direction the sun rises and sets in.
