Looking at the votes still to be counted in MO it is bad news for Talent. He still has half of St. Louis County still to go. MT and VA are toast. 51-49 Democrats

So much for a conservative SCOTUS appointment in the last two years. I doubt the dem senate would allow any SCOTUS nominee for that manner, unless Bush gets someone from the ACLU.
