Baron Hill (D)/ Mike Sodrel (R) District is traditional KKK democrat. Mike won by a fluke last time. He's a good guy.
I thought the race had already been called for Hill?
Speaking from personal experience, there are a lot of very far left activists in B'ton that would not hesitate to stuff ballot boxes (at the very least).
