Look at me, I'm the smartest person in the room.
Puke
I wouldn't care how old my sons were, a good old fashioned ass whooping is what they would get if they ever pulled a stunt like that. Not to change the subject but when O'Reilly had that kid that dressed as Hilter on, my 9 yr. old walked into the room and watched a little of it. He looked at me and said, "If that were me you'd whoop my butt".
A misunderstanding? A "misunderstanding"...???!!!
Apparently her vile little litter didn't understand that the Stars n Stripes is OUR flag, not that of our enemies.
I'm inclined to think they knew exactly what they were doing. The "misunderstanding" had to do with their getting caught. That wasn't supposed to happen...
If it was her own flag, that's one thing. These were public property, flags and poles dedicated to fallen soldiers. It's outright desecration and vandalism. It is not "free speech" at all.
It wasn't her flag, it was the Legion's.
As an encore, perhaps they should be given a chance to bend a lamppost.
"Senator Burkett says he thinks his sons are innocent, while the boys' mother, Sharon Burkett, says the entire event was a 'misunderstanding.'">#$^&*!
What could they have misunderstood? "Sorry, boys, we raised you as good progressives but you have to hide your real feelings about uneducated military types and pander to the bourgeois voters's feelings about that silly flag if you want to help daddy get elected." What's so hard about that?
Hmmm. Why did this just pop into my head?
Some folks are born made to wave the flag,
ooh, they're red, white and blue.
And when the band plays "Hail To The Chief",
oh, they point the cannon at you, Lord,
It ain't me, it ain't me,
I ain't no senator's son,
It ain't me, it ain't me,
I ain't no fortunate one, no,
Some folks are born silver spoon in hand,
Lord, don't they help themselves? oh.
But when the taxman come to the door,
Lord, the house look a like a rummage sale, yes,
It ain't me, it ain't me,
I ain't no millionaire's son, no, no.
It ain't me, it ain't me,
I ain't no fortunate one, no.
Yeh, some folks inherit star spangled eyes,
ooh, they send you down to war, Lord,
And when you ask them, how much should we give,
oh, they only answer, more, more, more, yoh,
It ain't me, it ain't me,
I ain't no military son, SON, NO
It ain't me, it ain't me,
I ain't no fortunate one, NO NO
It ain't me, it ain't me,
I ain't no fortunate one, no no no,
It ain't me, it ain't me,
I ain't no fortunate son, son son son
These apologetic statements by the parents tell you everything you need to know about how they raised their children.
This really needs to be on the national news. But it won't be. Unlike the news item about an obscure gay pastor who was also addicted to speed. Thanks to the Democratic MSM.
Needed repeating -- only bolder this time.
Well, maybe it was, but how is anyone to judge as no explanation is given as to the nature of the "misunderstanding". Lameness on stilts. Sheesh.
I am trying to fathom some "misunderstanding" that would lead a couple of fine, upstanding patriotic citizens to knock over one flagpole, leaving the flag in the mud, and rip another out of the ground altogether... at a veteran's memorial.
What possible "misunderstanding" could result in that action?
