Unfortunately yes. It will be heart breaking but we lose something important every election and I am afraid Santorum is our sacrifice this year.

I know that polls have been terrible for PA, but it has never made sense to me. Sen. Sentorum is a really good senator, even thought a lot of people haven't liked his outspokenness on some controversial issues (I love it!). He's a blend of uncompromising moral convictions and "compassionate" conservatism. And he's running against a totally vacuous man. But that man shares the name of his well-regarded and moral late father. But he only shares the name, not the heart. I have to believe that Santorum can pull this out, mostly because the polls have not made sense to me.
