Muslim 'victim mentality' attacked
Herald Sun ^ | 6 November 2006

A SENIOR Church of England cleric whose father converted from Islam has attacked the world view of some Muslims, accusing them of incompatible double standards of "victimhood and domination".

“Their complaint often boils down to the position that it is always right to intervene when Muslims are victims, as in Bosnia or Kosovo, and always wrong when Muslims are the oppressors or terrorists, as with the Taliban or in Iraq,” said the CoE's only Asian bishop, Michael Nazir-Ali.

Nazir-Ali, the Bishop of Rochester in southeast England, was quoted today as saying because of a “dual psychology” in which some Muslims want both “victimhood and domination”, all their demands would never be satisfied.

“Given the world view that has given rise to such grievances, there can never be sufficient appeasement and new demands will continue to be made,” he was quoted as saying in a Sunday Times newspaper interview.

As a result of not countering such beliefs, extremism had been allowed to spread in Britain by some Muslim clerics and the internet, he said, accusing the government of backsliding on its commitment to stamp out mosque radicalism.

To combat the problem, more needs to be done to recover “characteristic British values” of personal and common good that developed from Christianity “to help us inculcate the virtues of generosity, loyalty, moderation and love”.

The comments – the most outspoken by a high-ranking Anglican cleric – come at a time when religion, multiculturalism and ethnic minority integration are in focus in Britain.

The only "victims" I know who commit mass murder of the innocents because they feel sorry for themselves.

The Palis do it every day.

The fact that Israel is successful and they live in a garbage pit is the fault of the entire planet, but not themselves.

“..... but because of the spiritual and moral vacuum that has come to be at the heart of British society,” he said

Vacuum, well that is one word. Better I would say that the Brits have cast their lot with the devil.

"How could so many give up so much for so few agitators?"

I am always amazed that the Moozies like to use the race card and say that we are racists.

I always thought that Muslims came in every color and in fact here in Texas we have lots of home grown Muslimes. Also as you point out that they are victims and even though Arabs have the most incredible source of wealth in oil they are still poor victims.

How is this any different from the mentality that drove the Nazis to power in Germany? This one is worse.

This kind of victimhood is buttressed by a real devotion to its objectives. Nazis knew when it was time to bow-out of the game.

We're not gonna shame these mindless savages out of their objectives, like we did the Nazis. We're gonna be fighting this the rest of our lives and we haven't seen their worst yet.

Excellent point. The Nazis wallowed in endless hystrionic self pity (about the Versailles Treaty), which empowered them to commit horrors unparalleled in human history.

What do the modren IslamoNazis have in store for humanity? Nuclear attacks on the civilized nations is my guess.

Except the Muslims are the agressors in Kosovo and Bosnia, they just tangled with a group of folks who could return everything the Muslims dished out.

Nuclear attacks on the civilized nations is my guess.

The world sits and waits, hopes and prays everything works itself out before we come to that. Most people, the world over, view terrorism as if it's just some overzealous, radical form of protest. It's a crude, unorthodox form of protest, but legitimate nonetheless. They've found a soulmate when it comes to grievances with this country. This victim isn't intimidated by Bush. That's what's important here.

Democrats are silent about this and they claim to have the keener ear for world opinion. It's a divisive issue. It's even caused a mild split over there at DU, Kos, HuffPo, ect. for quite some time now. You can understand a liberal's hesitation to blame them for 9/11.

It's all the rage now, but perhaps over time, moderation will prevail. These things have always worked themselves out, you see? Bush should reel it in and let nature do its thing.

God help us all.

The democrat has de facto allied itself with al Queda. The democrats and their utterly corrupt "mainstream" media has chosen to cover-up all evidence of the IslamoNazi quest for WMDs.

The end result of this evil will be nuclear attacks on the civilized world. Russia and India are the most vulnerable, followed by Western Europe, followed by the USA.

Liberal Democrats are depraved animals.

They see a nuclear strike on our soil as a potential 'get out the vote' bonanza.

To be honest I'm getting tired of trying to figure out the good from the bad in the Islamic world. Maybe it's time to just let, "God Sort Them Out."

"how can moozies possibly think themselves `victims'?"

Easy. In 1932, did the Nazis say, "hey everybody, let's kill all the Jews!"

Of course not! Instead, the Nazis said "we are all victims of Jewish oppression and exploitation! Don't forget who owns the banks and department stores!"

"Victims" who seek domination: Nazis? Muslims? Guess who worked together hand in glove during WWII.....

Not a dime's worth of difference. To hell with them both!

Indeed, the Muslims are the most coddled and spoiled of all the peoples of the world. The elites of Europe are elbowing each other aside in their eagerness to lick Muslim arses.

They have no idea just how much more victimization they could suffer if we ever turned away from our humane Western principles in order to save our civilization from them.

Imagine what would have befallen the Muslim world in the days of the Mongol khans or the Roman emperors, had the despots of old possessed such weapons as we.

Only muslims could butcher other people's children, then whine and make it seem like it's alway someone else's fault.
