thanks for posting this
I'm in a hurry so here's the scoop.... the story so far is that the two *ssholes were two Carnegie Mellon students (one from N.Y. and another from CA./lefty states).......... they reportedly told the police who nabbed them that for some time now they were putting together a movie of their own. No idea what the movie was about.
Police found cameras and tripods in their car.
They lived off campus in two different apartments.
And here's the funny part (and I paraphrase).... a Pittsburgh reporter asked the Police chief, "Seeing that Carnegie Mellon only takes the best and most highly qualified students from across the country (and they really do), is there any indication that there was terrorism involved here...... or just INCREDIBLE STUPIDITY?"
ROFL!
****
And... guess what..... it was reported that the two rats had tickets to the game.
Anyone need any tickets???
Is "Arab" and "of middle eastern descent" the same thing.
Hey, I could make Pittsburgh in time for the game if I leave right now.
K4, ping to stupid student behavior.
Utes are a Native American tribe, better known as injuns.
Anyone need any tickets???
Hop on a plane, Martin.
Clear and 48 degrees at game time .......... and the Muslims have left the building.

LOL! That is pretty funny.
But that whole "we're making a movie" could just be a cover story. I wouldn't trust any of these Muslim college students as far as I could throw them. It makes no difference if they are Americans or foreigners. If they feel bad about that, I'm really sorry, it is their co-religionists who have created my distrust. There is probably nothing that could be done in my lifetime to change how I feel. I hope these two smarties will be prosecuted to the full extent possible.
Right now, I tend to think that it is a cover story............... and not a very good one at that.
I hardly can think that two CMU students could be this STOOPID!
And..... they (reportedly) had tickets to the game. What's with that????
Ping
..........lol
............ need a couple of tickets???

Two 'college' kids-one from NY and one from CA-Paul Sudeep, 21, and Anand Durvasula, 20 driving a Lexus are absolutely not that stupid.
"Anyone need any tickets???"
Hmmm, if I can find a flight that leaves no later then 2:30, Continental Express jet from Newark to Pittsburgh takes about 1 hour, about a 20 minute cab ride from the airport to Heinz field, should be seated by 4:15, very tempting, heh heh.
It reminds me of this story. It probably was on FR and I missed it but isn't this weird? I cannot believe that dressing up like terrorists would be funny, especially the ones pretending to be killed. http://www.democracy-project.com/archives/002893.html

Remember the Good Ol' Days, when the only Mosque you had to concern yourself with was the SYRIA MOSQUE?
Golly, gee, Batman, we could've been killed.
Yes, Robin, or worse!
My all-time favorite exchange.
Bring in the bomb sniffing dogs!
Sounds like a scouting expedition, to get in and look for ways to hide explosives the night before a game and test security. Now they know more about NFL security, and they'll probably get a wrist slap, and the terrorists will go back to the drawing board. That cover story is pretty bogus.
Thanks for the ping
"The best and the brightest, eh?" Armed with photographic equipment at big empty football stadium. Do they have official sponsors for this "entreprenuerial-ness"? ahem.
