It is very strange how the liberals "joke" when they denigrate the President, yet when the conservatives say anything critical of the 'rats we are said to be "mean spirited".

Precisely!
One of the things I love about America is the spontaneous brilliance and humor that undermine all pretension. No better example was that wonderful banner from our brave and ingenious soldiers in Iraq. I have often wondered what it is that made Americans turn out this way. I love this about my fellow Americans.

what is great about free speech; it is easier to spot the idiots. That is hilarious. Is it an original, from you?

My name is John Kerry.
I'm a dork, and I can't help it.
Please put me out of my misery.

Here's a particular irony of the Kerry botched joke that nobody's talking about.
Why did Kerry throw his presidential aspirations away over an appearance for Phil Angelides?
What was he thinking? Angelides is so far behind in the polls and has no chance against Arnold Schwarzenegger, why was Kerry even making an appearance for him? Couldn't Kerry find a winner somewhere that he could use as a platform for his speech?
To have Kerry's career ruined over the failed Phil Angelides campaign is truly ironic.

Goes to show how smart they really are!! They were not going to let that stupid Kerry get by with that so they used their ingenuity to answer and they captured the headlines all over the world........pretty smart, huh?

This is priceless, quoted from
GIs Drop Smart Bomb:
Meanwhile, Kerry surrendered yesterday to a barrage of criticism from Republicans and Democrats over his troop-trashing gaffe and apologized "to any service member, family member, or American who was offended.

Joy said this picture represented that these troops knew Kerry meant it as a joke and they joked back with this banner. Not according to the father of the female soldier on the far right in the photo who conveyed his daughter's feelings on it.

Those people are simply delusional. THEY think they live in a reality-based world, which is a complete HOOT!

I think it would be a miserable, lonely life to be filled with that much bitterness (DUs) all the time. Not a way I'd want to live!

It's a shame really.
34 years ago, at my first USNA plebe Honor Code indoctrination, Lt. John Kerry was illustrated as the "Don't Bee".

About a year ago, a group of three men came into a very small local bar where my husband and I were watching a football game. Two of the guys were nice-looking younger guy, but the third was an extremely large man, unkempt, unshaven, looked like he had just gotten out of bed. On the back of his t-shirt was a huge "DU" and a bunch of logos for Democratic Underground. This is a conservative area and it was priceless to see all the scowls and glares directed towards this guy. His two buddies seemed genuinely embarassed. If this is the typical DUer, then I am not too worried!

Don't you realize that it's because they are SOOO smart!? You see... The obvious, is NEVER the obvious! There's ALWAYS something else going on, and they are so intelligent that they can see beyond what the average, dumb person NEVER sees!
That's it in a nutshell. Every lib I have had the unfortunate experience to come into contact truly believes themselves to be superior because they see things the rest of the poor, ignorant masses do not. It's hard to keep a straight face sometimes.

The soldiers know real danger, but not the wrath of a sKerry scorned. He's on the phone to Rumsfeld:
"You put them up to this, you sonofabitch! I'll get even with you AND them no matter how long it takes! BASTARDS!!!" (Click)
