The sad part is that a significantly large chunk of the US chose a failure like Kerry.

If you flip Ohio into the Kerry column, things don't look too good.

I'm reminded of the old SNL skit where Jon Lovitz (playing Mike Dukakis) looks at the camera and speaking about George HW Bush says "I can't believe I'm losing to this guy".

Let me paraphrase that to say "I can't believe we almost lost to that guy (Kerry)".

If Kerry decides to run for President again in 2008 and actually gets the nomination inspite of all the idiotic things he has said and done... It would truly be like living in Bizarro World!

Unfortunately most Americans haven't a clue what is going on in Iraq, except what Madison Ave/Hollywood are selling them.

Which is why those Dems in the NY media refuse to run any pressers from Iraq or Afghanistan held by our military and those govs.

And have refused for the last 3 years.
