I reside near a "sophisticated" college town where the economy is dependent on higher education for prosperity. Needless to say, it is a very PC place with little tolerance for diverse opinions--the homos and the rest of the GLBT alliance are exalted and have prominent victim status distinction. The last few years many homos have been caught in the stinking, filthy, toilets having sex and have been seen by young boys on numerous occasions. The kids soccer field complex is a recruiting ground for the gay community and has had the distinction for at least 5 years.
That's horrible. Aside from the fact that it is impossible to understand why anybody of any sexual persuasion would see a reeking men's room as the ideal boudoir, I am totally puzzled by the passivity of the authorities. They let these guys get away with it. It's nasty, offensive to public health and morals, and in the case of guys stalking kids, undeniably illegal. Yet virtually all local police departments turn a blind eye to it.
