Pols and Nanny-staters have been shoving the "commerce Clause" and "Promote the General welfare" clause down our theoats forever! Careful now with that one. That's my basis for not paying tax on out of state purchases. I'm a citizen of the UNITED STATES, only Congress has the right to tax interstate purchases, not states.
