While I guess a couple of judges have decided that "anyone" does not mean "anyone", it does seem to me that it could be fixed up be the legislature in the next session. It does make for ridiculous law writing if you have to start saying "anyone not excepting so-and-so or such and such a class of person and most definitely including whatchamacallit," and that's what the judges involved have done.

Skinner's liberal, pro-abort lawyer used the Clintonian tactic to argue the meaning of "any person" and defended his client by saying the word meant "any one other than" Skinner.

So any law with the phrase 'any person' can be argued and appealed due to this cr**. How do these sick individuals attain such potions to begin with?
